Cancellation Policy for Shammah’s Bakery
Sourdough is a process that takes a lot of time, and as such it takes approximately 72 hours to fulfill an order from start to finish. As a courtesy, please cancel your order at least 72 hours before your scheduled order pick-up timeframe if you know you will not be able to fulfill the commitment. Please note: Cancelled orders of any kind (not limited to sourdough orders) and no-shows for order pick-ups will not be refunded.
