Refund Policy for Shammah’s Bakery
At Shammah’s Bakery, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into each batch. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to offer refunds. Once the order is placed, it is the customer’s responsibility to show up for the order pickup, and provide payment in full.
Exchanges
If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to resolve the matter. Replacements or exchanges will be given at the discretion of the owner.
Cancellations
All of our bakery items take days to make from start to finish. If you need to cancel your order please do so at least 72 hours (3 days) before your delivery/pickup day. If the order is cancelled after that, you are still responsible for payment. If an emergency comes up, and you’re unable to pickup your order, contact us asap and we can arrange delivery (with applicable fee) or another pickup time. No-shows for order pickups are still responsible for payment, and no refunds will be issued for prepayments.
